Which is better, socialism or capitalism?
Well ,this question is difficult to answer because the two lines are very different.
Although, capitalism started as a necessity of humanity, its practice and its implementation are not ideal for social conviviality and not because "capitalism is evil and we live it currently" ,but because the human being has failed to capitalism with its proper use, the human being uses and abuses the system.
Men do not like capitalism because of in inequalities and injustices produced , it makes the human being rebellious agaenst, creating theories that lead to provide a solution to create conflicts and then socialism started.
For this reason I think socialism is better for an equal society given to all human beings, and holting few very wealthy, and the rest has nothing or little and with lots of effort, this trend is manifesting in many South American countries, but I think it should be to put in practices the theory of Karl Marx, and that theory gives equality, respect and solidarity among society, but in practice is very dificult because of power struggle of man, socialism is something ideological that human greed can not be carried out yet. I hope that men ever want to share and live in a fair and equitable society.

I dont understand some parts of your post, for example I dont understand what you mean in the part of the theory of Karl Marx,
